Our Process

- Step 01.
Request a quote for translation service
We check the nature of work that the customer desires, analyze the file, and provide an anticipated delivery date and quote.

* If you cannot provide the original file or security reasons, please request an NDA.
* If the original files of considerable size, please inquire about our Webhard information via telephone or email.
* Please kindly inform us of the intended use and desired delivery date and file format within your initial request.

- Step 02.
Submit the calculated quote and possible delivery date
After consultation with the customer, we submit the quote and possible delivery date.
- Step 03.
Make an order
To place an order, please attach your company’s seal on the “Making Order” section of our quote form,
and then send us this form via fax (+82-2-2676-6620) or email (service@echoice.co.kr) along with the Certificate of Business Registration of your company.

You may need to make an advanced payment to place an order.
- Step 04.
Start the translation job
The job you ordered will be assigned to one of our professional translation unit.
The project manager will check the reference materials and other guidelines, so that the translators can refer to them.
- Step 05.
Review and edit translation
After checking the contents, any omissions or mistranslations, a native speaker of the target language conducts a thorough review of the document.
If required, our DTP Team will edit the translation using special programs and tools including InDesign.
- Step 06.
Deliver translation
Once the final review for the translation is completed, it will be delivered to the customer on time,
and its translation memory will be saved and updated for future use.
- Step 07.
Settle balance
The balance in the invoice will be settled in accordance with the order conditions, and the job will be closed.
- Step 08.
Check feedback
We review the customer’s final feedback and update the translation memory for future use
